Once you join (and pay for the membership) you will be given products from other people that you can sell on sites like eBay, amazon, or your own sites.

Usually these sites have a set price for each review. So say a website has a set price of $0.10 per review and you do 100 reviews then you made $10.

Affiliate programs, are programs you join as an affiliate, you provide products or services to other people online, but you do not personally carry any of these products. You get paid per sale you make.
